Role Overview:
As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC woodworking machines to produce precise and high-quality joinery products. You will play a critical role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC woodworking machines to manufacture custom and standard wood products.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Select and prepare the appropriate tools and materials for each project.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Wood Machinist or similar role in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and machinery.
