This 6-month temporary role is to join a large financial institution. They are looking for an experienced Portfolio Controller due to an internal project.
This is an exciting opportunity to have exposure to one of the most impressive financial institutions worldwide.
Key tasks include:
Provide daily cash and position clearance to front office.
Cash management to ensure successful settlement of daily cashflows
Investigate and provide daily commentary all cash, asset reconciliation breaks and bank overdrafts
Calculation and Review of daily unit price for applicable funds (domestic and global fixed income)
Assist in the static data set up / maintenance of unlisted securities, by working with Front Office and the Asset Administration team
Liaise with Front Office for any bespoke deals, new account setups, in-specie transfers and/or adhoc queries
Liaise with internal and external team for the timely resolution of any cash
