The Role: Assembling timber wall frames/roof trusses using a nail gun, along with measuring, cutting, and lifting on a process line. You'll be able to complete strenuous work both individually and as a team. Advantageous if you can read and understand plan/elevations of the truss/frame, however willing to teach the right candidate if need be.
