WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Facilitate the clearance of DHL shipments by communicating the clearance requirements with customers if any discrepancies preventing the successful clearance of these shipments.
Coordinate with the customer to obtain the necessary shipment information and documents to successfully clear the shipments through the regulatory agencies when the existing information or documents are insufficient.
Validate and/or correct the data elements in shipment records to ensure they are the approved format and structure acceptable to the
