Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a focus on designing product improvements and/or mechanical projects to customers specification. Working within a small team you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers while delivering innovative solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design mechanical systems and custom machinery.
Mentor and support junior engineers in developing their skills and delivering high-quality outputs.
Communicate complex technical designs clearly to clients and internal teams.
