What You?ll Need
Experience in landscape maintenance (required).
Minimum 12 months in a leading hand or team leader role.
White Card (required).
Certificate in Horticulture (preferred but not essential).
A strong ability to set and achieve goals independently.
A manual driver?s license (required).
ACDC license (preferred or willing to upskill).
Current First Aid certification (preferred but not essential).
What You'll Do
Leading a two-person team.
Maintaining gardens, including lawns, hedges, trees, and weed control.
Basic irrigation maintenance, testing, and repairs.
Application of herbicides and pesticides.
Operating company vehicles and equipment.
Managing timelines and quality standards.
