What will your duties be?
In these roles, your duties will consist of the following:
Responding to enquiries from clients via phone and email
Document control and management
Inbound and outbound calls to answer queries and confirm information
Scanning, filling and archiving of documents
Updating client information
Interpreting information to make decisions
Handling confidential information
Basic data entry with updating and maintaining a database
Adhoc tasks
What are we looking for?
To be considered for these roles, you must have the following:
Previous experience in Reception
Comfortable answering queries via phone and email
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient using MS Office suite
Great data entry skills
Able to work full-time hours
