About Our Client
Our client is a national builder who deliver projects (including new build, refurb and fit out) up to $15m in value.Their QLD office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and currently has approximately 30 team members. Due to their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator who can play a leading role within their pre-construction team.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Taking the lead on tender submissions
Attending tender interviews
Producing Bills of Quantities
Mentoring the more juniors members of the pre-construction team
