Description
The Microsoft 365/ Teams Subject matter experts position works with customers, management and peers to design, configure and implement Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. The Chosen Candidate will provide subject matter expertise in support of Teams and Office 365 core services. Must have enterprise customer project experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.
Requirements
6 - 10 years? experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
6 - 10 years? experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks
2-3 years? experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams
