PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Product Owner contributes to product outcomes by ensuring that the requirements of the Business and the needs of the End-Users are clearly articulated to the End-to-End Development Team, so that the developed solutions meet all stakeholders needs and are in line with the strategic goals of the organisation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams (e.g. Delivery Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Project Managers and Change Analysts) to ensure that the product delivers value to the Claims & Assessing Division in line with the agreed delivery roadmap
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve specific business performance outcomes through the design and delivery of customer and business-focused solutions to incrementally improve our insurance claims processes within a complex regulatory environment.
To be the voice of the Business within the Enablement Team and provide strategic direction and clarity of purpose to the delivery resources.
