Role Primary Purpose
This position will lead the realisation of the Adore Beauty brand and drive growth in awareness, engagement and affinity leveraging ATL,organic & paid marketing, site and Adore content & media. It will also oversee marketing activities to support launch and ongoing development of Adore Beautys Private Label brands and products.
Lead Adore Beauty brand strategy, underpinning brand growth, market penetration and innovative marketing content inclusive of communications campaigns and sponsorships.
Successfully lead the brand development, launch & expansion of Adore Beautys private label portfolio
Lead the planning, presentation and commitment of Adore & Adore Brands, brand marketing budget and manage measurement of impact & effectiveness to achieve agreed brand equity, awareness and business goals.
