About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) is an independent agency established on 1 July to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The NDIS Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia and a non-corporate entity under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act . Reporting and Insights Team The Reporting and Insights Team is responsible for the delivery of high-quality data products that underpin data-driven decision-making and enable the NDIS Commission to ensure people with disability receive quality and safe supports and services under the NDIS. The team is accountable for providing business intelligence to operational units, reporting on key metrics and trends, and developing models to enhance Commission data.
