The Internal Governance Section is responsible for high-level oversight of planning, coordination, event management and the delivery of end to end secretariat support for DVAs Tier 1 and Tier 2 internal govenance committees and forums, including:
Executive Board
Investment Committee
People and Culture Committee
Service Delivery Committee
Strategic Leadership Group
The section also provides advice to internal stakeholders, including senior management, in relation to responsible governance policy and processes. This includes conducting reviews of existing processes or frameworks and providing recommendations on changes to the Departments governance framework to increase business efficiency.
