Elecnor Australia has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
The Role:
Elecnor Australia has a highly rewarding opportunity for multiple Cert III Australian Qualified Linesman to join our project for our Brand New Camp 3 opening up at Bundure, NSW in June 2024.
The role will be working 10 hour days from 6.30am to 5pm on a 21/7 roster.
The role will be fly in fly out project - flying into Wagga Wagga, NSW or drive in drive out options available.
What you will bring to the team:??
Australian Cert III in Overhead Transmission Lines
Current Whitecard
Relevant HRWL for the role - Intermediate Rigging, Dogging, Working Safely at Heights and EWP
3+ years experience in similar role
Proof of right to work in Australia
Undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
Physically fit
