Eilbeck Cranes is a 100% Australian owned company operating in Australia for 117 years specialising the design, manufacture and installation of all types of overhead cranes, hoists and winches and servicing company which has national operations.
Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a Mechanical Engineering Technician, to join our Perth operations.
Duties will include maintenance and repair of overhead cranes and lifting equipment,
Carry out preventative maintenance work on our client’s cranes, hoists and materials handling equipment in a professional and tradesman like manner.
Conducts tests of mechanical systems, collects and analyses data, and assembles and installs mechanical assemblies in support of Mechanical Engineers and Engineering Technologists.
Requirement for this role:
Tertiary qualification - Mechanical Engineering
Effective troubleshooting and problem solving ability
Must be well organized and show effective time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Must be safety conscious and the ability to promote a safe environment
Must be available to work overtime and travel to interstate sites when required
Sound mechanical aptitude
Experience working on overhead cranes advantageous
