About the facility: Large Not-for-Profit Residential Aged Care Facility near Maroochydore, QLD About the role: Full Time - Responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team. Looking for a strong Registered Nurse who has had experience in aged care and who is looking for that next step in their career. Monday to Friday hours however looking for someone that can cover extra shifts during weekends and after hours when needed. Duties:
Demonstrate comprehensive Clinical knowledge and experience
Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
Report to Clinical Manager
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles and accreditation
Skills and experience:
Current AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences
