About the Role In this pivotal role, you?ll work closely with our Assistant Manager, overseeing a team of RV Technicians inspecting, repairing and maintaining RV functionalities and managing the off-site mechanical servicing of the fleet. Your key responsibilities will include managing vehicle turnaround times, ensuring quality maintenance, and driving operational excellence.
Skills and Experience
We?re looking for someone who:
Holds a valid open manual driver's license (essential).
Has previous experience in staff supervision.
Demonstrates strong computer skills.
Has a mechanical aptitude and motorhome repair experience.
Is prepared to travel to other Australian branches to assist during the off-season.
