Job Title : People, Culture & Environment Coordinator

Role Description :


The People, Culture & Environment Coordinator is responsible for supporting Human Resources (HR) functions, with a focus on managing the full payroll cycle. This involves entering and maintaining data in systems and databases, handling employee inquiries, and providing general administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities :


Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll data.
Data Entry & Maintenance: Input and update employee data in relevant HR systems (e.g., Ascender).
Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Compliance: Ensure HR processes are in line with relevant policies and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues related to payroll, employee data, and HR systems.
