What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
As a trusted figure in your local community, we'll empower you to build strong networks and develop new and innovative business opportunities for your team. ?This is your opportunity to lead, coach and develop your team, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
