About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Broome. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative solar and battery installations in regional and remote Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electrical power systems for off-grid applications, including the integration of batteries, generators, and monitoring equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on the design and layout of solar PV systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of best practice monitoring and maintenance procedures for off-grid power systems.
• Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Engage in research and development activities to solve unique challenges and optimise system performance in diverse environments and configurations.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably with experience in renewable energy systems.
• Strong understanding of power system design principles and Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to work on-site in remote locations.
