We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our Team, this position will work across multiple locations including Perth Metro, North West and the South West.
To be considered for the position you must be competent in the following skills:
Duties and responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and designs
Use power tools to cut and prepare timber and assemble wood to form structures as required
Build and erect frameworks
Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels.
Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
Ensure installations are aligned and secure and meet buildings standards and codes
Use relevant tools such as saws, drills, hammer, nail guns etc. and skilled in both hand and power tools
May repair, customize existing structures, frames.
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards
Skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Relevant qualifications
Attention to detail
Good communication and ability to work in a team
