This is a full-time Tuesday - Saturday role working 9am - 5pm both remote and in office.

At Adore Beauty our customers mean everything to us and were looking for a FT Customer Experience Representative to help us show them how wonderful the beauty journey can be.
We want someone to liaise with our customers and make sure their Adore experience goes as smoothly as possible by providing expert product and order advice. If youre a beauty fan and like the idea of engaging with our fabulous client base over chat, email and phone you might just be the customer service gem were searching for!

Attending to large amounts of customer enquiries (phone/email/chat)
Answering detailed product questions
Provide thoughtful and personalised interactions with solutions and alternatives
