We are seeking a compassionate Deputy Director of Nursing to join our team at Agmaroy Aged Care Home , a 60-bed facility in Wilson, WA.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.
