About the opportunity
This role is based at the current brand new Murray Bridge plant! Due to demand, we are reaching out to skilled Boners to work within the Beef Boning Room Department.
Your role will include:
Breaking carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
Debone parts of carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
Boning of forequarters, loins, hindquarters etc.
