About the role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Lead (Home Care Case Coordinator) to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care team in the Wheatbelt. The successful candidate will have an office base in Northam and a client base in Northam and surrounding Wheatbelt towns, with travel around this area required to visit clients. We have a pool car available, or mileage can be paid for use of own vehicle.
