In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service to our commercial customers by managing orders with precision and ensuring projects are completed seamlessly. From pricing and product recommendations to delivery schedules and customer satisfaction, you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything on track and running like clockwork.
- Build strong relationships with commercial customers by showcasing your in-depth knowledge of our product range and keeping them informed every step of the way.
- Take full ownership of customer orders, responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, and liaising with manufacturers to ensure stock and delivery timeframes are met.
- Work with customers and Account Executives to develop and manage delivery schedules that meet everyone’s needs.
- Juggle multiple customers across the country, ensuring top-notch service no matter where they are.
- Regularly liaise with manufacturers to keep product info and pricing accurate, monitor stock levels, and update systems as needed.
- Keep distribution centres informed well in advance of bulk deliveries to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Share your expertise by assisting and training junior team members.
