SEM Group Provide essential administrative and engineering support to Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of civil construction projects, primarily in water and wastewater infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:  ·        Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, manage document control systems. ·         Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, manage timelines, assist with procurement, coordinate with subcontractors. ·         Assist with budget tracking, process invoices, monitor project budgets. ·         Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor project risks. ·         Ensure quality standards, conduct quality control checks, assist with quality assurance audits. ·          Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful completion of Water Main Relay projects, on-time and within budget, by coordinating all project aspects. ·         Effectively liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project requirements and maintain quality standards. ·         Manage claims and variations efficiently to minimize project impacts and financial implications. ·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients through effective communication and problem-solving. ·         Verify design elements against project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure project compliance.   Skills and Experience ·         Strong organisational and time management skills ·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy ·          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) ·         Experience with document control systems and project management software ·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team ·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal   Required Qualifications ·         Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management or equivalent ·         Minimum of three (3) years experience in commercial or civil construction.   About Company The S.E.M.
