Your Role
As the IP counsel/Patent Attorney you?ll provide advice to the organization on patent, regulatory exclusivities, trade secrets and related intellectual property (IP) matters. You will also represent CSL on matters including the patentability of inventions, potential infringement of patents and other exclusivities, agreements involving patents, know how, and educate on IP.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Product Development (PD) and Plasma, Global Intellectual Property you will be:
Responsible for managing and delivering global patent and related intellectual property strategies and support for portion of CSL Group?s global activities
Managing prosecution and defence of CSL intellectual property, including building and safeguarding of a patent portfolio tailored to CSL?s R&D activities
Providing counsel and advice to management and R&D organization to actively manage global patent related risks
Contributing to an enterprise-wide IP strategy that supports and safeguards CSL?s Global R&D
