We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety standards.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Manage stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
About You:
Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating outstanding dishes.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Formal culinary qualifications are highly regarded.
