About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and reliable Service Technician to join our ever-growing team.
Duties include:
Supervising and managing the workshop and fleet
Provide supervision and training to the Apprentice
Service and maintenance of vehicle fleet, including trucks and light vehicles
Service and general maintenance of various additional equipment, including vacuum and water pressure units, pumps, and generators etc.
Maintain appropriate fleet and servicing records
Collecting and organising parts (if required)
Pre-mobilisation checks to ensure vehicles are ready to take to site
Paint and body work
Other general and workshop duties
This position would suit someone looking for a full-time, 45-50 hour work week:
Monday to Friday - 6:00AM to 5:00PM (working hours negotiable)
Some weekend work may be required
Required Skills and Experience
Mechanical/Trade Qualification
Auto-Electrical Qualification/Experience highly regarded
Open HR Licence (required)
Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
Gantry Crane Licence (highly regarded)
