DFC Packaging Group are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Electronic Instrument Trades Worker to join their team in Noble Park VIC 3174.
The position is responsible for the service and commissioning of new and existing equipment for Machinery Division customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Fulfill workflow to a pre-determined schedule on the ABM pad/tablet
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service call reports
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Ensuing you work within company guidelines, policies and procedures relating to health and safety
Skills and Experience:
- You must have strong organizational and communication skills
- A strong understanding of packaging equipment, materials, processes, and applications are critical
- A collaborative team player – passionate about team success as well as individual performance
- PLC Knowledge of Mitsubishi and Omron
- Read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- PLC Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, One Note, MS Teams, Adobe, CAD FMCG Experience
- Must have “A” grade electrical License Vic (AU)
- Test and Tag
- A full Australian driving license (a must), Light Commercial Truck (not essential)
- Desirable: Forklift License
Salary range is $90,000 - $120,000pa commensurate with experience.
