About the Role 
As the Administration Officer, you will report to the Service Coordinator and will undertake a hands-on, multifaceted role inclusive of managing stock levels, supporting the field technicians, managing email and telephone enquiries and general office management, ensuring that solid working relationships are established with the Voda Group staff. 
Duties: 

Log incoming calls and emails for Help Desk and Service
Manage and monitor email inbox and filing systems
Receive and dispatch orders
Assist Service Coordinator with stock / warehouse management, scheduling and purchasing
