Work closely with Senior level Stakeholders
As the Payroll Compliance Lead, you'll take charge of all payroll compliance and statutory reporting, while ensuring governance, data integrity and compliance with company policies. As part of our drive to increase efficiency and user experience this role will also be involved in project work centred around our new HRIS implementation system.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Payroll Operations Team, by holistically monitoring governance and compliance controls, as well as supporting the continuous improvement of payroll procedures.
Ensuring the Group meets all its statutory obligations with the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Offices including completion of Month and Year
