My Gateway has an exciting opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year Electrical Fitter apprentice to join a highly reputable company based in Prestons. Our client, Favelle Favco specialises in driving crane technology forward and pushing the envelopes of tailor made, high speed heavy lifting. As part of this apprenticeship you will complete a nationally recognised trade Certificate III in Electrical Fitting. You will be involved in:
Working with a team to do panel wiring, testing equipment looking after the repairs and Maintenance side of things.
Reading Electrical Schematic drawings to perform the work
Battery & electrically operated equipment
Operating power tools
More duties will be offered as the apprentice works overtime.
As part of the role you must be able to :
Work without supervision
Use Basic hand tools
Basic knowledge of electricity
