Core Talent are currently recruiting a Maintenance team leader with a horticultural background for a reputable client of ours based in the Gold Coast however you will be based on a project in the eastern suburbs of Brisbane. The project itself will be Aged Care maintenance. The successful candidate must have experience in the following:
- Team management - Horticulture - Experience with ride on mowers, push mowers, zero turn mowers. - Experience with hedging equipment and general garden maintenance. - Preferable to have knowledge/experience within aged care and/or retirement village maintenance. - Weed spraying and chemical/insecticide/pesticide applications (ACDC ticket regarded). - Brush cutting and edging of lawn areas.
