The Finance & Corporate Services Domain Lead is a key new senior role in the Tech Enterprise & Transformation tribes. This role reports into the Enterprise IT Area Lead and supports them in the design and execution of the technology strategy across finance, treasury, HR, legal, facilities, communication, and wholesale banking domains. Their leadership responsibilities encompass both change and run teams, overseeing complex projects with moderate to high impact. Their People leadership responsibilities include directing the relative Chapter Leads, Delivery Leads and oversight of both onshore and offshore engineering resources within the domain. This role is at the forefront of bridging the gap between technology and business.
