The Role:
Fantastic opportunity to join a growing MSP as the Lead Engineer, taking responsibility for delivering infrastructure projects, onboarding new clients and acting as the senior escalation point for the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating in a Senior Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer position, has previously worked for a MSP, has excellent communication skills and a solid Microsoft, Cloud and networking skillset. Typical duties will include
Project Management: Scope, plan, and execute IT projects for SME clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Technical Support: Provide Level 3 support and manage technical escalations, resolving complex issues effectively.
System Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Exchange, O365 and Active Directory environments.
Network Solutions: Design and implement LAN/WAN solutions, including firewalls, VPN, VLANs,
