About the role
You will mainly be responsible for promoting the best practice delivery of services for the Production Enhancement division. This will involve coordinating the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings, and the rigging up and down of Production Enhancement service line equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• supervises assigned wellsite staff engaged in the delivery of the PSL's services and products
• Leads employee behavior and role-based competency by mentoring and developing to achieve excellence in PSL Service Quality and HSE performance
• Champions Halliburton and customer Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
• Assists in implementation of new technology
• Evaluates service quality within assigned work area with the goal of improving performance
• Responsible for the overall execution of the job
• Provides technical expertise and solutions to the customer
• Performs follow-up activities regarding job performance
• Coordinators the Rig up/Rig down of Frac equipment
• Current HC driving license minimum (Essential)
• Minimum 5+ years experience in relevant Production Enhancement operations.
• Adherence to standard procedures and HSE requirements
• Flexible and able to work in dynamic environment
• Can work well within a team
