Villa San Michele is now looking for a Commercial Housekeeper to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Clean guest apartments, including bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms;
Manage laundry services for guest rooms, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding;
Ensure rooms are fully equipped with essentials (towels, pillows, kitchen supplies) and maintain stock in storage areas;
Clean poolside furniture, BBQ areas, and ensure common areas such as the tropical gardens, pools, and lobby are kept tidy and inviting;
Coordinate with the front desk or guest services to meet specific guest needs, ensuring a personalized experience;
Use appropriate chemicals and cleaning agents for different surfaces to avoid damage or safety hazards;
Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken appliances, plumbing issues) to management for immediate action;
Follow the scheduling and priorities set by management to ensure timely completion of duties;
Conduct inspections to ensure rooms meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation before guests arrive;
About you:
At least 1 year of experience as a Commercial Housekeeper;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong time management skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and guest enquiries;
