Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of conferences and events, from coordination and billing to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and the internal team, preparing Banquet Event Orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and a smooth planning process
- Collaborate with operational teams and on-site partners to ensure events are executed flawlessly
- Oversee invoicing and payments, ensuring all financials align with contract terms and schedules
