Conference and Events Coordinator

In this role, you will manage all aspects of event coordination, from the planning stages through to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. You will work with a variety of events, including weddings, meetings, and corporate functions, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of conferences and events, from coordination and billing to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients and the internal team, preparing Banquet Event Orders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and a smooth planning process
  • Collaborate with operational teams and on-site partners to ensure events are executed flawlessly
  • Oversee invoicing and payments, ensuring all financials align with contract terms and schedules
