Assist to upgrade network hardware. Provide network engineering solutions to a variety of business customers. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes, ensuring transparency and compliance with industry standards. Able to work with Problem Management to reactive and preventative root cause analysis and investigations, often with vendors and other teams. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in the configuration and deployment of enterprise and telecommunications networking equipment. Good understanding in Engineering Project Management, Product Evaluation and Performance Assessment. Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
