The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to drive the delivery of diverse project initiatives, with a strong focus on COTS/SaaS systems. The Role As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your other responsibilities will include:
Leading workshops, facilitate outcome-driven meetings, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Managing requirement backlogs in collaboration with system owners and suppliers.
Supporting the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS/COTS systems.
Coordinating user testing, software releases, and deployment activities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
