My Gateway have 2 exciting opportunities for a Bricklaying apprentice to join a highly reputable Bricklaying and Building company, Favetti Bricklaying working on many major projects throughout Sydney.
As part of this apprenticeship you will complete a nationally recognised trade Certificate III in Bricklaying. Duties include:
Site work on commercial and cottage buildings
Laying bricks and blocks
Mixing mortar
Labouring and cleaning site
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Carry out measurements and calculations
Construct masonry steps and stairs
Conduct workplace communications
Operate elevated work platforms and
Ad hoc tasks relating to the industry
