Job Summary
Salix is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Salix division.
The Role
Project Planning Support: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate resources and set expectations to meet project goals.
Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary stakeholders are informed and present. Coordinate timelines and deadlines with team members.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and any project-related changes. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Communication Management: Serve as the point of contact for team members and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication, relay updates, and address any inquiries related to project activities.
