Looking for an experienced inventory coordinator to work in the Bowen Basin. Strong relationships with superior suppliers across Australia help minimise downtime, thereby increasing efficiency in your business. Your new role

Maintain vending machines at coal mining sites, ensuring site personnel have access to all required PPE.
Travel to various sites in the Bowen Basin in a supplied company vehicle
Monitor stock levels in supplied containers, recording and notifying the Major Accounts Manager of any discrepancies.
Conduct weekly physical stock takes on container stock.
Fill site vending machines and ensure they are operating correctly according to the fill schedule.
Perform minor repairs as needed.
Commission new machines on site, including software and user setup.
Use the software platform to run reports, monitor usage, and identify potential issues.
Liaise with the software provider to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues on site.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally living locally in the Moranbah / Dysart / Bowen Basin Region
Meals and accommodation provided when needed
Hold a valid Drivers Licence
Coal Board Medical & Standard 11
Various site inductions - advantageous
Must have contactable references

What you'll get in return Upon successfully securing this position, you will gain a full-time role with our client, allowing you to work in the Bowen Basin across various sites. You will be paid an attractive hourly rate, working on a Monday to Friday Roster - approx 40 hours per week. You will be supplied with a company vehicle and meals and accommodation when required.
