In this role as an Associate, you?ll be responsible for conducting thorough project research, performing due diligence, and creating financial models to project potential investment performance. You?ll contribute to building and reviewing detailed financial models, structuring debt financing, and supporting the negotiation of key commercial and legal agreements. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, you?ll stay actively involved, assisting with ongoing financing activities and monitoring overall investment performance to ensure objectives are met.
