Join a business on the front foot of cyber insurance. Working in a smaller business you will be able to see the impact of your work, within a growing team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive claims outcomes and working collaboratively together. This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from home 2 days per week based in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD. The Role:
Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing on a portfolio of 30 cyber claims.
Provide a proactive claims management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
Build and maintain rapport with law firms and clients.
Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.
