Task and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
Collaborate with the chef on menu planning and event coordination
Maintain high standards for food and service quality
Arranging the purchase and pricing of goods according to budget
Enforce health and safety regulations
Ensure the restaurant is well-presented and maintain all the time
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
Hire, train, and manage FOH and BOH
Gather customer feedback and complaint to improve services
Implement strategies to boost revenue and cut costs
