The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analysing project plans, conducting material take-offs, communicating with suppliers, and collaborating with the project management team.
Experience required
Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Planning skills
Knowledge of civil and electrical construction materials and techniques
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant degree or certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
