PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Workforce Planner to join one of our national clients at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you'll manage rostering, resource allocations, and time stamping for a team of 140 employees each day, ensuring alignment with work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage rostering using GroundStar
Allocate resources and track time stamping for staff
Support the team during the transition in December
Ensure all schedules and rosters are efficiently managed
